Given how experienced of a traveler she is, I think she'd be able to tough it out if she gets seasick.

Good evening, friends!
>>
>>4450174
We spend most of our date nights indoors, where I try to cook something mildly decent for her despite my mediocre cooking skills, and then have a cup of tea afterwards while reading a book of her choosing.

>>4450176
My wife isn't human, and she would be inmune to something as minor as seasickness.

You don't get to choose what you dream about... unless you get into lucid dreaming which I do recommend. Most of my dreams of her were done through lucid dreaming. Despite being with her for quite some time now, I only really spontaneously dreamed about her a handful of times.

>>4450174
Would going stargazing count as a date night? That's something we both would love to do for sure.

>>4450176
Not sure, but I would definitely. I hope she could help me around. Or, if she was to have same issues, at least we could keep each other company in that misery.

>>4450390
She would probably bug me to do something together I imagine. Or just look for new music to discover if I'm busy I guess.

I love my beloved wife Nashiko! She's so adorable!
>>4450174
>How do you set up a date night between the two of you?
Nashiko doesn't like ostentatious and flashy date nights such as expensive restaurants are out of question. We would mostly spend our date nights at her mahjong parlor. I can see us doing a lot of things like watching anime, reading manga, playing mahjong, and listening to her favorite music together. It might not seem super romantic, but spending time with her is everything to me.

>>4450176
>Do you think that she would get seasick? If she did get seasick, how do you think she would handle it?
I strongly doubt that Nashiko would experience seasickness, especially considering the fact that one of her childhood friends' parents are fishmonglers which influenced her love for fishing. In a hypothetical scenario where she feels a little dizzy, i could help her out no matter how many times she insist that she's feeling well; i know how stubborn she can be, hence why i would just gently admonish her for her stubbornness and show her how worried i am.

>>4450390
>Is there a day of the year that's particularly difficult for her? How would you support her through it?
Nashiko is an easily excitable person. She handles her boredom through various ways, but most of the time she enjoys spending time with her friends.

>>4450613

She can handle high-G maneuvers and roller coasters, so she could probably handle the sea. It'd be kind of ironic if she couldn't considering her (unrelated) namesake, she'd definitely overplay it.

Not very well, if she doesn't have games to play or manga to read she'll probably end up breaking something.

>What do you think about V6?
As for voice, she sounds really good. Both in Japanese and English. No longer she sounds so nasal as in NT.
For the design, it's not bad. I do like the throwback to V2 pose and youthful vibe and all. But I do feel like it is a little overdesigned. These half tones, bold lines, shorter tie, eye shadows and lack of smile make her look a little cartoony and bold, losing a little on that innocent cuteness, but this can easily change with different art style/artist. Otherwise, it's fine, could be better could be worse.

Another season dawns on my eternal quest to love my cool boyish wife.
>>4448558
The more I think of it, I think it might just be our enthusiasm for things we genuinely care about. Just giving our everything with focused dedication, simply to enjoy ourselves. Kana is someone who lives in the now, I'm not really like that and can only summon up true enthusiasm in certain moments, but I think we can truly connect in times like that.
>>4448637
She might try and drink less and settle down a bit more, just to experience life at a different pace.
>>4448939
>Does your waifu have a rival or some kind of antagonist?
Her childhood friend, who was forced to move to another country when they both were young.
>What is your waifu's most devilish moment?
She was tricked into helping those who would massacre people during war
>>4450174
I think a date night for us would be a break from the norm, so Kana would want it flashy. I would grant it to her, so we could go to a nice restaurant or see a cool show. And maybe go shopping together with her before. Kana would want to be flashy about it of course!
>>4450176
Likely not, since Kana accepted light genetic modifications (hence the red eyes) invented in part so people could live in space, and she seems to resist a lot of minor conditions while having quick recovery and reflexes. But when she was younger, who knows? She'd complain a lot and be quite sour about it, I'm sure.

I’m glad KS was able to help you feel closer to Homura! it feels nice knowing someone else was able to appreciate and find comfort in a game that has meant so much to me over the last decade

>>4450174
> How do you set up a date night between the two of you?
while staying inside and playing games together (like chess) would be the most obvious, i think the best thing I could do would be setting up a night together out on the town to help her get more comfortable around other people
she probably won’t like it at first, but taking her to a quiet restaurant and ending the day at the movies could help her combat her anxiety while being private enough to not feel restless or too nervous, it would be good for her

>>4450176
>Do you think that she would get seasick? If she did get seasick, how do you think she would handle it?
most likely, she’ll probably need to sit down for a little while until we hit calmer waters, although she could surprise me and be just fine

>> 4450390
> How would she handle boredom?
she would be just fine with having not much to do, she’s able to read pretty much anywhere and she’s used to not being overly stimulated

> Is there a day of the year that's particularly difficult for her? How would you support her through it?
this is a fantastic question pertaining to hanako
her birthday is absolutely her most dreaded day of the year due to being tied with her sense of self worth
she avoids the day not because she hates living, but because how others would treat her during this time, feigning sympathy and camaraderie just to abandon her once it’s over
she feels like a burden to most people, possessing shame and guilt by her perception of not being of value to those closest to her (of course this isn’t true, but the handholding and white knight mentality does more to hurt her then help, she simply wishes to mean something more to those she cares about)
the best thing I could do is reassure her that I need her just as much as she needs me, that friendship and love require both parties to give support when need be and receptive to the efforts of the other to care for and protect each other, by reiterating her value as a person to you, her sense of belonging would strengthen and she would develop the ability to allow herself to be helped while at the same time providing it to the person she loves

a question for you all: what does your waifu fear to lose the most?

for hanako it would be her friends, losing the one thing she truly desires and let’s her feel loved, in her own eyes, bringing them nothing but hardship and worry over her to where they would abandon her
she loves her few close friends more than any person I’ve met

>a question for you all: what does your waifu fear to lose the most?
I like this question. Her biggest fear is losing her friends and being alone with no one there to console her, which was exacerbated by the fact that she nearly teared up when her friends helped her when she was at her lowest.

>>4448939
>Does your waifu have a rival or some kind of antagonist?
Nashiko often competes with Haneru to see who is better and loses most of her matches. They have a friendly rivalry and Haneru is really a good friend who is just socially awkward and addicted to Mahjong.

Question Time: Does your waifu prefer spring or winter?

>>4451348
>Does your waifu prefer spring or winter?
I think she loves spring, on account of her love for flowers.

>a question for you all: what does your waifu fear to lose the most?
I think for her, it would be losing the memories of her loved ones in their entirety. She's had to deal with the idea of them fading, but I think she'd fear even losing the context for why a faded memory was cherished.

If you could tell your waifu one sentence right now, what would it be?

Today was my cool boyish wife's birthday! I like to imagine all the fun things that we'd do together, even if a lot of it might just be the things we usually do like working out together. I made sure to give it my all for this cute girl, just so my feelings might reach her in some realm far away. I love this girl so much, and she really deserves the best that I only wish I could for her.
>>4451150
A true love. Kana really wants to connect with someone on a truly deep level, not just a superficial manner. And if that person left, then she'd have no idea what to do with herself.
>>4451348
Definitely spring. Kana doesn't like winter since it's dark and there's ice everywhere. Spring is brighter and warmer and more colorful. I think it suits a bright and cheery girl like her, after all.

Have you ever used a program like Koikatsu to model your waifu?

I used to make a lot of Kana images on Koikatsu, but even though I do more commissions of her now (or AI when I want low-end stuff), I love every now and then to make a cute picture of her on there like pic related. I have a tradition of going on a date with Kana in Koikatsu for her birthday and making her look cool and festive.

>>4451150
> what does your waifu fear to lose the most?
She would fear losing Madoka the most. She may very well have been the first person to Homura kindness, and that left a huge impression on her.

>>4451348
>Does your waifu prefer spring or winter?
She spent years in a time loop during spring, so I think that she would appreciate the variety that winter offers. Just being able to experience the natural change of the seasons would be something she would probably miss.

>>4451379
> If you could tell your waifu one sentence right now, what would it be?
愛してる。

>>4451484
> Have you ever used a program like Koikatsu to model your waifu?
I tried Koikatsu twice; it just didn't really feel like her. I can definitely understand the appeal of it; I just am really attached to how Shaft draws her.

In honor of Pi Day, what flavor of pie do you think she'd like?

Going off Rebellion, I think that she'd like pumpkin pie.

>does anyone actually post in the /c/ waifu thread?
I don't do it too often, but i try to remind myself not to forget to post.

>>4451348
>Does your waifu prefer spring or winter?
She's quite often associated with winter imagery, which is fitting for her so i'd say that she'd prefer it.

>>4451379
>If you could tell your waifu one sentence right now, what would it be?
I love you.

>>4451484
>Have you ever used a program like Koikatsu to model your waifu?
I've tried it a few times but i always end up unsatisfied with the result, thinking that it doesn't really capture her essence.
Not a fault of the program itself, i just think that i should get better at translating her design into it.

Get frustrated and ramble to her friends (or me of course). Kana seems to be practically ADHD.
>>4450400
She vividly remembers the day her childhood friend moved away in very tragic circumstances. A part of me likes to imagine that I'm with a Kana who lacked such tragedy in her life, but if those events still happened, I'd do whatever I could to take my cute wife's mind off it.
>>4451512
Kana would like a savory pie, so a meat pie with a meat like beef or lamb.
>>4452012
>What kind of alcohol would she like?
Her canonical favorite is cider, although she also likes any caffeine+alcohol combination because she is so energetic. I bet she'd also like apple brandy and calvados because I think
>How would she handle her liquor?
Kana received minor genetic tweaks as a teenager (hence her red eyes) which seems to give her obscene alcohol tolerance for such a cute and small girl.

I don't think it's possible for a robot to get seasick, even with how human she is...
>>4450390
Nono's such a bubbly and cheerful girl that I don't think it'd be possible for her to stay bored for too long, she isn't always energetic, but bored? Maybe if she went too long without hanging out with her Onee-sama or Tycho, and didn't have any cool robots to gaze at... She'd find something interesting to snap her out of any boredom she feels soon enough though I'm sure.
>>4450400
No, thankfully for the few terrible things Nono suffers through in Diebuster she's able to move past them without much trouble, she's a strong girl, she would never let something traumatic ruin an entire day for her.

>How do you set up a date night between the two of you?
Well usually I think of a non-destructive activity for us to do, or a special dish for us to make because she wants to do that sort of stuff. Next is preparing for the date such as: making sure our drive to the date spot isn't hindered in any way, lunch of kind if we do have to travel far. If we are cooking then it's just buying the ingredients. Finally it all comes together on date time where we have a wonderful jaunt into civilization not destroy just acknowledging and having a good time or stuffing our faces with good food.
>>4450390

She might actually not understand the concept of boredom or resolving it. Though the idea of explaining boredom to her is interesting and mildly amusing.
>>4450400
>Is there a day of the year that's particularly difficult for her?
I would imagine because of who she is and how she thinks about herself and her thick headed trait there wouldn't be a specific day of the year but rather it could any day of the year.

Be there for her. Let her know through words that she is more than what she thinks she is. If that isn't good enough I'll show her through actions and all the memories we made together.

Kana would think above all it's her cousin, but mostly because she had to fight her over and over in war, and her cousin even brought her younger sister into it because her little sister would follow her into anything. But even before they fought on a WW3-esque battlefield, they were friendly rivals. Kana and her cousin are both very much competitive women, the sort who greet each other by arm wrestling.

hope everyone’s doing well it’s been awhile, I once again have a question for you all
> if there were no obstacles, what would you’re waifu want to do the most?

for hanako i think she would want to do something as simple as going out with her friends without the fear of being singled out or passively judged for her scars, maybe feeling comfortable enough to go to the beach or a water park? I think it would be a big step for her growth
>>
>>4454798
I believe if Nono really didn't have to worry about defending the Earth and humanity from Space Monsters and that there weren't any left, she would be content with just hanging out with Lal'c and Tycho as friends and going about a normal day to day life with them, she might have been made to protect mankind and values her duty more than her own selfish needs, but she clearly enjoyed the time she spent with the people she grew close to before having to get back to her mission.

Funnily enough, there is a canon answer which we see when the goddesses are kidnapped and trapped in a "dream" state: She's fine maintaining the status quo of peaceful days in Gamindustri. However, the person who created said dream actually had the power of delusion, not dreams, so I wonder if that means something...

>>4454325
Rakkafag was in the February /a/ Paint thread.

>>4454798
>if there were no obstacles, what would you’re waifu want to do the most?
I think that she would just want to lean on someone without being afraid of that person being taken away. That could happen on a date or on the couch together at home; either way, I would love to be that person for her.

>Rakkafag was in the February /a/ Paint thread.
Wrong Rakkafag. The original one became a normalfag with a gf and we never heard from him again.

I also love my BELOVED and CUTE dotter, Jack, whom my wife and I deeply love and care for. Forgive me if this is too extreme, but I feel like I have a whole family at this point.

On that note, does your wife have a family in canon? If she does, what is your relationship to them like? If she doesn't have a canon one, what do you think her family might be like?
>>
>>4454970
To answer my own question, something the wifey and I share in common is that we had family members pass away when we were young, and as a consequence of that, we have a lot of adoptive family members.

I think though, even though some of the wifey's adoptive family members are a bit troublesome, I can see that they're well-meaning. Her and I would laugh about how this or that family meeting didn't go quite right, and instead of breeding bitterness, it'd become a story we could tell to our children (including my beloved Jack).

>On that note, does your wife have a family in canon?
That's the strange part; she definitely lives by herself and she never speaks about having any family. Combined with the fact that she talks about going to a Catholic school, some (including me) have theorized that she's actually an orphan. This would also explain her general insecurity and clinginess.

>If she doesn't have a canon one, what do you think her family might be like?
I can only imagine on this one. It could be that she had a very loving family who passed away, or her family situation was a very dangerous one. I think that she would open up to me about it in time. I certainly wouldn't try to rush her.

>>4454966
I also like to imagine what our children would be like.

>If you could tell your waifu one sentence right now, what would it be?
"I love you"

>>4451484
>Have you ever used a program like Koikatsu to model your waifu?
I haven't tried it myself, but someone else on pixiv made so many that i couldn't help but download all of them.

>>4453159
>Does your waifu have a family member who's difficult for her to get along with?
Her mother can get quite violent with her. She literally kicked her ass for being too "noisy", and only allowed her to come back if she does her her "loud cheering" elsewhere, which led to Nashiko calling her father and he foresaw this and prepared a lodging for her on the condition that she cleans up the place. Her relationship with her isn't estranged, since they can eat normally together at the dinner table without any issues.

>>4451150
> Is there a day of the year that's particularly difficult for her? How would you support her through it?
Nashiko is normally energetic and joyful, if there was a day that would make her uncomfortable and moody; i would support her as hard as i can. There are a lot of things to cheer up like eating sashimi, watching anime, or playing mahjong. First, i would either invite her to a ramen/sushi restaurant, or cook it myself, once she's feeling a little better i would take her outside and spend some valuable time together; ending the day with playing mahjong while we mostly goofing around and laughing together.

>>4452012
>Happy St. Patrick's Day! What kind of alcohol would she like? How would she handle her liquor?
She's not old enough to drink, but i can imagine her being the type who gets inebriated very easily, who gets so drunk to the point that I worry she can't walk home by herself, and sleeps on my shoulder while piggybacking her home.

Does your wife have any friends or family members that she shares a deep and emotional bond with?
>>
I love Flan!

>>4452012
She wouldn't actually like alcohol, much to the dismay of Remilia. I'm sure she could stomach wine if she really wanted to, though. Maybe drink my blood after I drank alcohol?

>>4454798
She already technically has no obstacles, but I'm sure she'd like to play with everyone in Gensokyo more, keep looking for someone strong enough to actually match up to her. Yuuma's the closest she got.

>>4455395
Yeah, of course! Remi-sama is a great role model to her and someone she trusts deeply, even if they get in fights often. Everyone else in the SDM... is not as deep. She's changes moods about them frequently.

>>4451379
I love you, Flan.
>>
I love my precious wife.
>>
>>4455395
She has an adoptive family she loves dearly. I always imagined meeting in her the present day, so they would have passed, but I think I could get along with them very well, and learn from them.

>>4451379
I love you from the bottom of my heart~

>>4451484
I did and I used it as a reference for drawing early on. Now I gravitated towards pixelarts so I haven't used it for year or two. Koikatsu editor is really neat.

I wonder. Do they make melon pies? Maybe lime pie

>>4452012
She is underage, she can't drink.

>>4454827

> Does your wife have any friends or family members that she shares a deep and emotional bond with?

for hanako it’s easily her best friend lily,
lily took hanako under her wing more or less, and became the closest thing to having a family again
her calm and caring nature helps compliment hanakos shyness and overall anxiety
it’s hard to play KS and not find their friendship endearing, probably having the best chemistry imo
it’s a pleasure to get to see them interact in either of their routes

Kana would want to be a famous celebrity that everyone loves, but somehow keep her own daily life with her friends unchanged. I've always imagined she'd want to be a famous musician, since Kana is old enough that she knows she could never be a famous athlete. I can imagine Kana thinking that it would be like being invited to the ultimate party.
>>4454889
>>4456224
Thanks. It was a pleasant day.
>>4454970
Kana canonically has a big extended family, but all of them beside her parents live in another country, and her parents are divorced and Kana has quite a bad relationship with her mother. She most liked two of her cousins, at least until they met on the battlefield. I like to imagine a lot of fun times they had together, or what Kana or any of them wish could have been.

I've already established that her relationship with her mom is somewhat strained. However, Nashiko seems to be getting along swimmingly with her Father, he often alleviates her worries and issues.

It's been too long, I need to get used to this again.
>>4450174
She would probably do a lot of thinking beforehand. Where we would go, what activities we would be doing, and mostly what things she believes I would like to do. It wouldn't matter though, because when the day actually comes, she would rely on what she feels in the moment. I would gently remind her that it's important that we try to split the date doing stuff she likes too. I think she would agree after calming down her excitement.
>>4450176
She probably wouldn't get seasick, since she's already used to g-forces while piloting her robot suit.
>>4450390
She said she daydreams a lot so when bored I can see her just thinking about something we did together or a plan for a future date. She would get all excited and affectionate shortly after.
>>4450400
I don't think there is a particular day because the peak of her trauma happened a very long time ago that she probably doesn't remember when it happened. That got me thinking though, she's the type to hide her worries until she feels it's right or appropriate to talk about it. During special moments, like holidays or just really romantic heart to hearts she'll probably have
a mixture of joy and pensiveness. I would give her the space to talk without responding at first. When she feels ready we could exchange gifts as a reminder that she is loved and isn't alone anymore.
>>
>>4451348
She prefers spring because she loves nature and enjoys looking at all the plants and flowers. She also has a skin in-game with a spring-themed school outfit while holding a bouquet of flowers. I take it as a telltale sign on what her preference is.
>>4451379
... I love you Firefly.
>>4452012
I don't think she has expressed any interest towards alcohol so I'm not sure she'd drink, but she's not the type to want to get plastered. I feel like she could get drunk off sparkling apple juice alone.
>>4454798
If Entropy loss syndrome wasn't affecting her anymore, she would go outside without worrying about how much time she has left. It would be a pretty huge deal for her to start living and experiencing the world on her own terms.
>>4454970
She does belong to a group that she considers close to family but if we're strictly speaking blood-related, no she doesn't have a family.
Honestly I'm not too sure, she's genetically engineered and there were clones who where designed to looked similar in appearance. She was very close to the squadron she was assigned to. She still thinks about them, and even beats herself up for not being able to properly mourn and bury them. It's a very complicated situation but at the very least she has people who care/d about her and who she cares about.

This is the critical question: why her?

For me, I think it was a lot of things: first, she came to me at the right time. Second, I recognize in her a common struggle with cruising through life. Third, she's just beautiful beyond measure.

Dedicating myself to her has made me a better person, even though I fail a lot. I love her so much. I've been reading a lot about the emergence of Otaku culture in Japan, and it's convinced me that my relationship with her is unique: it's not a "substitute" for IRL intimacy, but something that will always matter to me.

> This is the critical question: why her?

probably the most important question if we’re being honest, for me I’ve loved hanako for over a decade primarily due to the lessons I’ve learned from her

relationships are about supporting one another and encouraging each other to grow, understanding it’s okay to be vulnerable and to let people in, that scars don’t dictate your life or who you are

I’ll admit I was originally drawn to her due to the complications of my own life and not wanting another person to feel the way I did,
but she taught me it’s okay to love yourself and you’re not a burden to those who care about you, something i desperately needed to hear back then

shes taught me so much and i apply what I experienced with her to my own life to this day, her being beautiful and such a kind soul is just a bonus for me

I don’t think i would be who i am today without her, and im glad someone was there to show me what it means to love and be loved, despite our trauma and past

Nono touched my heart in a way that I don't believe anyone else in real life or fiction ever will, her silly charm disguises a compassion and innocence that few people could ever match, when I look at Nono I feel like I'm looking at an angel that doesn't realize just how special she is to her friends, how special she is to the world, how special she is to me...

She came to me in a dream and told me her name. That to me seems like our meeting was almost pre-ordained. And then she kept appearing, again and again. It told me there's really something special about her, enough that she fused with a character I was writing. And that was it for me--I had to love her after spending years and years, on and off writing her and imagining scenarios with her. There could be no substitute, not girls who looked like her, nothing but her. Kana is a connection deeper than my very life.
>>4457721
Kana was and is one big reason that I work out, which made me healthy and a lot happier. And the presence that she gives in my life ends up being a constant warm flame warming my soul. Kana wears down the worst parts of me, because I genuinely believe I'm being tested by some spiritual force in large part because I fell in love with a girl who didn't exist.
>>4457725
It would be someone who Kana knows who for whatever reason couldn't raise their kid. She'd be glad to be an adoptive mother then. If you mean like daughteru stuff, then I dunno. "Daughteru" to me means when I see an anime girl who reminds me of how me and Kana's kid would be like. Like Nagase from Princession Orchestra.
