Honestly? Probably one of the worst midwests i've been too. The panels weren't very fun or interesting, the layout is dogshit (Why are panels on the opposite end of where everything else is, Why is the Consweet and Ramen over by a different hotel), and the vibe just felt kinda hostile this time around.Might actually be my last midwest unless next year has better panels honestly, i'll still go to CAD cause that was fun but, come on man. Your "flagship" con is boring as shit this year.

This midwest was ass bros.Half the panels were "heads up, seven up" shit and there was almost no interactive panels.No public events like random dances or other shit that even CAD has.I dunno what the fuck goes on behind the scenes, but if Midwest keeps this up then Magic will overtake it easily

Word on the street is there was 3x less attendees than last year and Kopf is sweating bullets wondering why.He's considering "resigning" and taking his name off of the con pages and shadow running it to see if the attendance comes back.But you didnt hear this from me.

Honestly, might be my last midwest cause the panels were kinda dogshit this year compared to last, the con never expands and unlike Magic where it feels more "homely" when the convention center shuts down, Midwest feels like it just fucking dies when the center shuts down.Hell, even if you like Kopf cons CAD is a better experience than Midwest.Basically it's a lot of things, but him being a greasy sex pest isn't helping anything, plus his refusal to change or expand the con in any positive ways and cheap out in ways that everyone enjoyed is shitty and puts people off.
