I've been working on clown/mime makeup for a while but idk what kind of paint I should use?

Im using a mehron white base but the black paint doesn't work well as a powder base

Sorry I'm bad at this and can't find the stupid questions thread if there's one

ICP just use random home depot paint (don't do that)
