Hello /cgl/ Im going to my first con ever this Sunday, sadly im going alone since all my friends cannot attend.Im going as Yoru from Csm.. What are some safety measures i should take attending the con alone?.

>>10970751Have fun! I would say that there usually isn't much you really need to worry about, safety-wise, at the con itself. Most "sketchy stuff" that people whisper about happens at outside events. That being said, don't be afraid to chat with people and make some friends at the con to go out with later. If you end up going out after hours, my personal piece of advice would be to keep your phone charged and already have an idea in mind for how you're gonna get home at the end of the night. You never want to be stuck depending on someone you only kinda-sorta-know to give you a ride or be stranded.
