I like lots of other asian and italian dishes featuring noodles, but these are my top 2 when dining out. It's summer, and I do make cold sesame noodles w/peanut butter for a cold salad to have in the fridge. Any reason to use cucumbers, green onion or cilantro.Now in my own house, I crave large floppy egg noodles on a cold winter night, all buttery w/fresh parsley, (sometimes pappadelle) as a side to a thick stew of slow cooked chuck paprikash, yummy sour cream on top of it all. Pop of barely steamed peas every few bites.

Let it simmer for a while, little basil and parmesean on top at the end with spaghetti. Those fucking tomatoes are so good I don't add meat. I do for other dishes with them (lasagna mostly), but that super simple sauce and pasta is unreal. When that old lady dies I'm probably going to just kill myself rather than live without. I've tried growing them from seeds from the tomatoes, don't turn out the same.
