Another thing I like to do is get a milkshake and mix some in to my mcflurry, it actually really pairs well. Banana milkshake + Mcflurry = banana flavored extra sweet slightly runny Mcflurry.

i think my local mcdonalds does something wrong with the storage of their mayo because every time i've gotten a mcchicken and haven't had it optioned to be without mayo i've had to run to the toilet before i could even finish it
Leaf/bong/irish/SA/aussie/kiwi mcchicken is pretty good
