I think I would with the yellow cheez-its next time. The meatballs do literally taste like cheez-its...and it's kinda weird. Didn't know what to expect.

I also want to try making chicken meatballs with chicken in a bisket crackers at some point. Maybe even bread them and deep fry them with chicken in a bisket for a breading.
