The most cost inefficient way to get your caffeine needs.

Decaf coffee I suppose. That or milk chocolate.

I don't drink energy drinks for the caffeine. I drink them because some of them taste better than soda.
I drank 2-4 20oz redbulls a day when I worked HVAC for 15 years. I drink like one rockstar per day or maybe one sugar free monster per day now.
never needed the caffeine, I have ADHD (the real absolutely awful life ruining kind, not the cutesie e-girl kind) and caffeine does absolutely fucking nothing for me.

>and caffeine does absolutely fucking nothing for me.
Taurine is still addictive, which is why you're drinking one a day. It's gonna ruin your gut in the long term.
>>

I'm probably overexaggerating.
I have 3-4 a week, only on days I work because my work supplies them. I don't drink any at home and I have gone months without them. I just like them so I continue to drink them as of late.
I was hoping the 2-4 redbulls a day would just kill me and take me away from this place. Hopefully the rockstar or monster I drink now will take me away at some point.
I'm too much of a pussy to use one of my guns and I often find myself questioning why I even own them if I'm not ready to use them on myself.

you can't get addicted to amino acids lol

That individual will have a heart attack and die just like that woman who chugged EDs before and after she worked out.

Cost inefficient?

Venom and ripit is a dollar
>>
>>21569629
I used to drink two energy drinks (ripits) every day and now I drink six cups of coffee every day (instant) and I only replace the jar every two weeks.

Probably caffeine pills honestly, but I haven't seen how much they cost.

You can get my preferred brand of caffeine pills (jet alert) from amazon for roughly $5USD for a bottle of 120 pills of 100mg, or 100 pills of 200mg.
I prefer the 100 mg ones but last time I bought them they were less expensive than the 200mg ones per mg.

They're very inexpensive and this way I can enjoy a nice cold glass of water (I don't like energy drinks, coffee, or tea).
Price per unit of caffeine they're far more efficient than even bulk coffee.

Imagine fearing a cup of coffee. You absolute cocksucking bitches
>>

Coffee is not enough. On a normal day I'll have a red bull, espresso, pre work out (300mg) and three cups of coffee (to prevent headache) on a crazy day where I really need it I'll double that and forgo the pre work out so I don't die.
>>
>>21568604
We also would have accepted "least cost efficient".
>>
>>21569838
Sounds like "caffeine abuse", which I didn't know existed.
That's fucked up. You're dependent on it or you get headaches? Well, good luck with all that.
>>
>>21568604
maybe but its the tastiest so Im going to keep doing it
>>
>>21569838
Why not just buy caffeine pills?
>>
>>21569898
>You're dependent on it or you get headaches?
I didn't get headaches before I started being dependent on it. I used to only drink like a couple espressos over a week I wish I could get back to that.

I do like a caffeine pill every now and again but it's not my preferred method, it's nice to enjoy coffee in the mornings. Plus, taking more than one is a little nerve wracking.

What's a healthy alternative to energy drinks/caffeine?
I never drank caffeine outside of social settings until I started working in construction. I still don't really need them, but it's nice to have a sugar free red bull during lunch to fight off the sleepiness I get from the shepherd's pie that I meal prep every week.

Drink up boys. Although I'm sure it's discontinued. Should have stocked up.

>Asian experience.

I roast my own decaf and it probably ends up being less efficient than buying it pre-roasted from non specialty roasters. To really enjoy coffee you need to get decaf, and to enjoy decaf you need to roast your own or you'll be drinking burnt shit or have no options thanks to all of the addicts out there.

You go to grocery outlet and buy 50cent energy drinks. I found 1 quart chai tea boxes for 1 dollar each. I got like 10 or 12 of them. 25 cents per day caffeine is pretty good in this economy.

Wtf how do you chug a erectile disfunction
>>
>>21568604
i drink coffee if i need energy, monster just tastes good to me
>>
>>21570895
It's what we in China call Bŭac Xhûe
>>
>>21570611
Buy it in bulk and mix it with some electrolyte powder. They usually sell them as pills as jet alert, get the ones that say regular strength since it's easier to control how much you consume (100mg per tablet)
>>
In all honesty, I don't know why you guys and more people don't do a thin line of coke if you need a little pick me up. It's much healthier than ingesting all those sugary drinks.
>>
>>21568604
Starbucks would like a word with that claim
if you only drink one specific energy drink and only have one a day it can be as little as a dollar a can if you buy in bulk
