No pic but I was proud of the first time I cooked a whole turkey, felt like I had no idea what I was doing but it turned out really well.

A really fancy pasta and salad dish made with prosciutto as the main protein. Took photos but can't seem to find em. I should've organized things better.

I can also remember 2 times where I failed. One was Char Siu chicken legs and the other Gumbo. Couldn't find the proper temp to cook the legs in the oven and overused stock and then overdried it out to try to compensate

They aren't that hard to make.

They are the same ingredients as creme brulee just with the addition of flour and spiced rum.
The outside is crispy and the inside is cooked just enough to set so it's more wet inside than you likely expect.

Have you made puff pastry or phyllo dough? I fucked up puff pastry 5 times each in a different way and I have never tried phyllo but I did fuck up making dough for spring rolls (in my defense it's a nightmare)
