I hate it when they put onion or garlic bagels in the same bag as blueberry or other non savory bagels. I swear it takes like 2 minutes for them to absorb the savory flavors. I always make sure to ask for seperate bags

I like savory/herby spreads, but sometimes I want a flavor other than scallion so I'm glad my local bagelry has a "garlic herb" one that's really good.
