Their cookies are usually really undercooked and doughy, almost like a big cake shaped into the form of and trying to LARP as a cookie.Some of the specific ones, I think, since they are going for a different texture/flavor profile, they tend to overcook instead. Really, for the market they are going for, if they wanted to hit their niche better they should be doing/have done cakes, but I think when it comes to cakes people want a bigger serving, so Crumbl tries to straddle all of these boxes to extract as much money from consumerist trend-chasing people as it possibly can, and the product ends up suffering for it.
