I would usually make it with a boiled egg or leftover meat and put fresh spinach in the bottom of the bowl before I poured the noodles in.It actually used to be a lot better. the noodles had just 3 ingredients - flour, potato starch , and salt. then they added a bunch of preservatives and stuff I guess to make it more shelf stable or microwavable or something and there was a noticeable difference in how it tasted
