Have you been eating a lot of leafy greens and radish? If so maybe you’re sensitive to nitrates and that’s causing the low blood pressure. Radish is pretty common in Korean cuisine, and spinach isn’t uncommon - both have high nitrates. Cabbage has notable nitrates but I’m not sure about Napa cabbage specifically.
