Is it possible to make a good pizza without kneading? I'm lazy

If you do your job properly, it'll do what it needs to do. But if you do it poorly, it won't work and it'll blow up in your face.

Buy some already made dough or ask your pizza place to sell you a dough ball
>>
yeah just let it rest overnight in the fridge

A good pizza? No. The dough is one of the 3 core components of a 'za.
You can however buy premade dough from Walmart that you can just put the toppings on and bake for shorter if you want, but at that point, you may as well just buy a freezer pizza.
If you have a bread machine, you could use that to knead for you, I guess.

What about stand mixer?
>>
>>21585312
Then just buy bread and add the sauce, cheese, and whatever topping you want

If you have a dough hook, I imagine you could do it, yeah. Never tried it myself though since I'm not as lazy as you are.

Yes, don't listen to these faggots.

A south shore bar pizza dough is simple and tasty:

500 g Flour
2 tbs yeast
1 cup warn water
2 tbsp sugar (for the yeast in the water)
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp oil

Add to orbital mixer with knead attachment. Run on slow for two mins, proof for 5 hours.

Done. Makes 4 bar pizzas. They're nothing special, but they're easy to make on a weeknight.

Not only good, but the best.
Focaccia style (in a cast iron)
>>
>>21585312
you don't need to knead

It comes out all lumpy and hard sometimes

I did it following a random youtube video, and it was decent.

I made a cookalong thread about a one-hour pizza specifically for people like you.

Joanna Gaines has a really easy pizza dough recipe in her cookbook where you keep it in the stand mixer for like 5 minutes.
Sorry about the clutter from Pic related. But at least it makes an alright pizza with minimal work.

Stand mixers are almost useless unless you have one big enough for a full spiral hook, and even then it isn’t necessary. You don’t need to knead. Mix it into a shaggy mass, let it rest for 20 minutes, shape it (ok knead for like 30 seconds) into a vaguely smooth ball, oil and cover in a container and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Making your own pizza is the lazy way.
Paying 10x as much involves earning that money first which is far more work.

Maybe in your backbreaking retard job.
>>

Came to post this but you beat me to it, that sort of pizza is my #1 when I make it at home at this point.
>>

A stand mixer can sub for you.
If you don't have a stand mixer though you'll HAVE to knead the dough yourself.

You cheated not only the gluten, but yourself. You didn't grow. You didn't improve. You took a shortcut and gained nothing. You experienced a hollow victory.
...just joking, kneading is for faggots
>>

I do it in a food processor with metal cutting blades for 20 seconds or so. But cleaning the food processor is a bitch too.

i make nothing but Chef John's Roman-Style Pizza anymore
dough works for regular pizza too
>>
yeah just cram it and leave it in all day.
only use a tiny amount of yeast due to the warm location.
>>
You can't win anon. The no-knead recipes I like involve rolling relatively stiff dough out which is more hassle than making other styles in a stand mixer and hand stretching.

I got myself a bowl-lift Kitchenaid when I was too pregnant to knead dough. It's great for this recipe. https://www.pizzamaking.com/newyorkstyle.php If the dough is tough try cutting the time down a bit.
