In the amounts that you typically put on food, it probably doesn't do very much of those things. Just because you can isolate a compound that helps with inflammation doesn't mean that you get tangible benefit without eating enough of it on your food that it overpowers the rest.

Nobody is doubting that rosemary is theoretically good for you anon, but the amounts you'd need to eat it in to derive those benefits would be unpleasant. I'd expect eating a salad made of rosemary to be closer to washing your mouth with rosemary-scented soap than a pleasant meal.
If you are fat and out of shape enough to care about things like that, you probably need a complete overhaul of your diet and lifestyle. Weigh out your portions of food, increase the amount of fish you eat, and make a point to eat leafy green vegetables daily. And most importantly, get a fitness tracker and start hitting your daily step counts. If you live in some suburban shithole where you can't walk anywhere, move.
