I learned about it last year.Neighbour caught a bunch of green crabs (invasives so no limit), smashed them with a hammer then simmered them in butter a while and strained.He used way more crabs than I expected, like 3lbs for a single pound of butter.Anyway, it's delicious. Toss it with pasta, spread it on toast, use it to make hollandaise etc etc etcIt's the best shit
