>>21589434I use a konjac/guar/xanthan mix and unflavored protein powder. Made some with a few chopped up Baumkuchen wedges and a splash irish cream earlier. Bought some pandan and durian aromas earlier, that's up next.

Fresh out of the bowl, with a few Dominostein(e). The gingerbread, jelly and marzipan give it a nice density and the chocolate covering adds some chocolate flakes. Maybe the Baumkuchen version could benefit from marzipan as well.
