I need a recipe for Manicotti. I found one on google https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/13883/manicotti/ but it's too basic. Looks like some nigger asked the AI how to make Manicotti and posted that as an article. I need a real authentic recipe.

That's a pretty basic recipe. Most of them are going to be like that because that's all it is. There's no super secret ancient technique or ingredient that you're going to discover. I'd recommend fresh parsley over dry but otherwise the majority of manicotti recipes will be pretty similar. Making your own sauce will probably make it seem more "authentic" too.

That's pretty much the same thing as OP's recipe.

HALF A FUCKING TRAY IN THERE

You think I cook like them goombahs in Brooklyn? All they know is manicotti. A hundred years, they’ll be eating manicotti.

captures the essence of italian american cuisine pretty well

That's because authentic Italian cuisine is basic, the secret is very few, excellent ingredients, properly treated and cooked. A good part of you think about Italian cuisine in the US (shitton of garlic, complicated long recipes, hundreds of ingredients and herbs), it's not even remotely close to the simplistic yet delicious real deal. The lesson here is very simple yet apparently impossible to understand for your kind: less is more.
