I have no idea why but a big ass bean and cheese burrito with homemade beans always settles my stomach when I eat it the night before.
I fart all night and take a good shit in the morning and I'm good to go.
When I had really bad stomach issues my routine was:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt then wait 20 or so minutes
1/2 protein shake
Then I'd go get ready, use the bathroom, etc.
When I'd leave I'd take a thermos of bone broth with ginger, turmeric, and black pepper.
The bone broth has a lot of collagen in it, which coats your stomach and makes it feel better. The ginger aids in digestion and the turmeric reduces inflammation. Plus it tastes really good.
On weekends I'll fast and drink a prebiotic soda in the morning and push just water/ electrolytes until lunch or dinner.

Sleep early. Get 8 hours of sleep. This is the secret. Eat what ever you want but in moderation and avoid too spicy foods. Drink coffee or your caffeine of choice. Bathe, shave and wear a fresh set of clean clothes. Take your lucky charm with you. Arrive at the exam hall early. Sit and play with your phone or listen to music. No point in cramming now, so relax. Go in and do your best.
