I've been obsessed with sesame oil of late and have been putting it on just about everything I can. What are some good recipes where it's central to the dish?

somen? theyre unseasoned cold noodles dipped in whatever sauce. id imagine sesame oil would be incredibly overpowering with them. its more of a summer dish, but ive found they stir fry well enough if youre careful to not burn them and use nonstick pans.
