Why are Brazilian steakhouses so fucking good?
Idfk, never been to one.
>>21595635Stop being poor
>>21595645It's not the price, it's that I've never found one IRL. Haven't really looked, either.
>>21595630one word: U M A
>>21595645If he were poor he would live in Brazil
A brunette, a blonde, and a redhead are sitting together in the brunette’s condo and discussing their sexual history. The brunette says, >In college i made it with an italian man and his friend at the same time. The redhead says, >i did the exact same thing with a brazilian! The blonde, with shock in her eyes, says>oh my god! The most i’ve had at once is three! How many is a brazilian? All that to say i don’t like ethnics and would probably just make a better steak myself.
>>21595647yeah same
I've had steaks from them but it was ordered to go or was other people's leftovers. I hear they have like meat buffets I want to try. It's cheap cuts but still. All you can eat and cooked tasty.
>>21595630thats fookin raw m8
>>21595669Yeah that's why they're a bit pricey. They have dudes walking around with different types of meat like OP's pic and you just ask for the ones you want and they'll cut you some pieces and you just keep doing that until you're full.
>>21595630It's okay. I've been to them here and in Brazil and imo it's always shitty cuts of steak that are mostly overcooked because they're cooking so much so fast. It's a fun gimmick but normal buffets are better.
They all have better and worse cuts. Typically at Rioz or whatever it's all about the picanha, ribeye and skirtAnd don't fill up on bullshit
>>21595717Sounds like Valhalla after dark
>>21595630Depends. Fogo knows what they are doing and they have an awesome salad bar to pair with it. Some other places - not so much. As for the method, rotating the meat on that metal spike ensures even browning and better uniform warming. So you usually get a properly cooked steak as opposed to the tweaker Mexican working at the chain steakhouse who can't be arsed to grill your steak properly. But it won't be better than home cooked steak done right though.
>>21595647Best you can do is find a Fogo de Chao in a big city somewhere in the US. In the southern states, only as far north as DC. Though there is one up in IL, weird. Maybe if you travel for work/vacation seek one out?
>>21595669The buffet ones are fantastic, but it's a LOT of food and it's pretty expensive. It's hard to get your money's worth.
>>21595663>I don't like ethnics>Has asian memer nonsense on a shelfYou don't know who you are, but you're not pure. You're cringe and will never have sex.
>>21595630>that pichonestly, that needs a better char on the outside. 4/10, would not return
>>21596233Well they're typically slow roasted meats
>>21595844for some reason brazilians like to settle on the southprobably the weatherfrom what ive heard Orlando is a brazilian colony
>>21595630Went to one of those places.Made the mistakes of eating sides while also absolutely feasting on all the meat they brought.Could barely walk afterwards.
>>21596244Nawh, I've had it multiple times where it has much better color yet still medium rare inside.
>>21595838I have been to every Brazilian steakhouse in my large metropolitan area, and Fogo is by far the worst. No shrimp, not USDA prime, no atmosphere (the workers aren't even South American)
>>21595630Why are Brazilian women's asses so big
>>21596472They have very poor diets
>>21596262Eating at a restaurant? Classic blunder
>>2159647290% of the slave trade back in the day went to south America, not the USA.
>>21595630It's so delicious but my shit the next day smelled like meat
if it was truly Brazilian then the main course would be the chef coming out and shooting you in the back of the head and then posting it on liveleak. fucking hate brazilians
>>21595630I thought I was getting high from how much I liked my experience at a Brazilian steakhouse. I audibly said “wow it’s coming on” and my Dad looked at me suspiciously. I did trip on DXM the night before though
>>21596770pathetic loser
>>21595844>>21596251Huh? The Northeast is huge for Brazilians. New Jersey, NYC, Rhode Island all have huge Portuguese/Brazilian populations.
