What would be the best ice cream flavour, if chocolate and vanilla didn't exist?

I can't think of anything Id choose over it.I couldn't ever put any sorta dessert-esque, nutty/chocolatey/sugary flavour as a favorite, honestly. The best ice cream imo is about fresh taste, like good milk or good cream. Stuff like rum raisin, fudge, moose tracks, cookie dough, peanut, pistachio - like, they're good, but they really pale in comparison to the simple vanilla bean (something like oreo cheats to get high up because there's good vanilla in between). The best of these imo would be a nice Coffee or Oreo (chunks, the old mcdonald one, not newer one). I might usually take it over Mango.Mint is actually a supreme choice among the normal options. I'd easily put it over Mango when ranked.
