If the mongols have the most un-Asian cuisine in Asia with mostly meat and dairy, what would be the equivalent in Europe?

Mexicano = deep fried pink slime
Bitterballen = "bitter balls". Store-bought beefstock with added gelatin and cream, call it a ragout. Cut the set ragout in pieces, bread and deep fry them.
Patatje Oorlog: little potato war. Fries with mayo and peanut butter.
Hete Bliksem: Hot Lightning. Potatoes mashed with apples. Actually German.
Frikandel: pink slime in sausage shape, deep fried. No relation whatsoever to French fricandeau or Danish frikadeller.
Hemelse Modder: heavenly mud. It's just chocolate mousse (French).
Speculoos: cookie with Celtic origins, celebrating Wotan and his black vengeful dogs on 6 December. Belgian. The Dutch were Germanic.
Snert: a pea soup so thick you're better off using it as glue for your wallpaper.
Stroopwafels. The miser's version of waffles (Belgian) and stroop (Belgian): a heavily reduced and caramelized fruit compote, instead just sugar and water.
Hutspot: a Spanish stew of pig meat and winter veg (cabbage, turnip, parsnip) introduced in Belgium when it was under Spanish rule. Claimed by the Dutch as their invention.
Worstenbroodje: pigs in blankets. Served on the first monday after Epiphany, when the city of Antwerp (Belgium) reminded its Medieval guilds of their rights and duties for the coming year. Became a Dutch invention 6 centuries later.
Typical Dutch vegetables like: asparagus (Italy), Belgian endive, Brussels sprouts and beans (the Americas)
Suikerbrood: brioche. According to Dutch websites typical for Friesland (Northern Netherlands)
Tompoes: millefeuille (French) layered with custard (British).

Dutch "cuisine" is the odd one out in Europe. You can eat well in any Euopean country, except The Netherlands. They present you turds on golden plates, and expect you to pay for the plate. 0 hospitality and even less generosity. A "cuisine" based on avarice instead of values.

I think the middle eastern influence in Balkan is smaller than you think. Wife is Albanian and Ias a Norwegian I found Balkan food to have alot in common with Norwegian/Swiss food (mountain countries) and Italian/Greek food (Mediterranean countries).

With Norwegian I found they like us ate plenty of seafood and lamb, with lots of stews with plenty of bread to dip in. Milk products, yoghurt and cheese was super common and they drink Raki and spirits often, just like we used to do in Norway with Aquevit. Similarly with Italian/Greek food they always have fresh cucumbers, onions and tomates as a side dish and would grill meat in the summer and have bean dishes like in Italy during the winter. The only Turkish influence would be things like the Baklava, sweets, coffee and so on.

Georgia is the food basket of the region and has strong trade ties with Turkey. They have everything, can cook. love food

Mongols boil everything over a horse shit fire, and the only things they have to boil are potatoes, onions, horse meat.
They don't even have fucking oil or salt, the mongols have to import that all from China, and they aren't even interested in the cool Chinese food. The country has little to no industrial capacity so there's no cheap canned products like in Russia.
