They are fish fillets that are battered and frozen OP, hope that helps. They probably have specific cooking instructions as well. Maybe make some cocktail or tartar sauce as an accompaniment. As a side they seem to suggest some veggies as indicated on the box's facing.

I have a shitload of these in my freezer and frankly they're wonderful. Whenever I buy feshenchep I waste the chips and the fish is too oily, so keeping some quality brand and non-chinese frozen fishies is the best solution

If you're buying 'fresh' fish anywhere but basically next to where it was landed on the same day or paying stupidly high prices you're buying frozen stuff that has been thawed. Go for high quality frozen fish instead of the goyslop stuff though.

the panko breaded ones are good. I eat that with peas for dinner almost every night of the week.
