Red pill me on frozen fish fillets
>>21608607They are fish fillets that are battered and frozen OP, hope that helps. They probably have specific cooking instructions as well. Maybe make some cocktail or tartar sauce as an accompaniment. As a side they seem to suggest some veggies as indicated on the box's facing.
>>21608607Gorton's frozen fish fillets tend to have a pretty solid reputation, especially among those looking for convenience and affordability in their seafood choices. The general consensus on them is mixed but leans toward positive, particularly for people who need a quick and easy meal option. An anon here recently created a post wherein he heaped high-praise upon Gorton’s beer-battered Alaskan pollock filets. I have reproduced the link to that below.https://warosu.org/ck/thread/21571479Happy cooking fellow /ck/er!With a whisk in hand and a flame to stoke,We roast, we bake, we smoke that choke. From sauce to soup, from dough to steak,In the kitchen, every move’s a perfect bake!
>>21608619You have failed to red pill.>>21608650Good job anon, you have succeeded.
>>21608607they're ok. I usually keep a box in the freezer for an easy meal when I don't feel like cooking.
>>21608619I like my fish like I like my women they freeze when battered
The Parmesan Crusted ones are pretty good.
>>21608607I have a shitload of these in my freezer and frankly they're wonderful. Whenever I buy feshenchep I waste the chips and the fish is too oily, so keeping some quality brand and non-chinese frozen fishies is the best solution

>>21608978Hoki is great!I use them to make fish tacos like picrelTastes better than most fast food places and is way cheaper.
>>21609071fish talkos is a good idea, I might buy some ingredients when I go out later and get some of my fish fillets in there. I have like 10 of them taking up a lot of fridge space
>>21608607I like them.400* in a toaster over for 20mins, flip them and bake for another 15mins, served with tartar sauce.
>>21608607Just eat em you faggot
>>21608847kek
>>21608607Tastes like fridge. DIYing is always better. But if I had to choose Id only take fish from the ocean.
>>21608607One time I put a paper towel in between the plate and the fish fillets before microwaving and the the paper towel didn't just end up soaked, it got all brittle and thin and glued to the fillets.
>>21611498you shouldn't do this. also you shouldn't microwave them anyway.
>>21608607If you're buying 'fresh' fish anywhere but basically next to where it was landed on the same day or paying stupidly high prices you're buying frozen stuff that has been thawed. Go for high quality frozen fish instead of the goyslop stuff though.
>>21608607the panko breaded ones are good. I eat that with peas for dinner almost every night of the week.
