now this is a meat topping. If you get it at a good place, which is to say a place where you can distinguish the pizza crust from the refrigerator magnet that came with it, it can be a truly rich and rewarding food experience. and if not, it still beats hell out of the bright red grease-saucers they call pepperoni.

That looks delicious with the sausage that drained flavors into the greens and cheese. I like the seasoning in a fresh italian sausage, that hint of fennel. Mmm.

BAR has a nice salad too, with pears, blue cheese and pecans.

I only know them from visiting a sibling doing a fellowship in that city. I love that town for concerts and restaurants! I tried them all.
