now this is a meat topping. If you get it at a good place, which is to say a place where you can distinguish the pizza crust from the refrigerator magnet that came with it, it can be a truly rich and rewarding food experience. and if not, it still beats hell out of the bright red grease-saucers they call pepperoni.
I like nduja
>>21611656Nduja really?
>>21611656On pizza? Idk man
>>21611674I don't know what to tell you, it's a pretty common topping
>>21611648i can smell the diarrhea from here.
>>21611648That looks delicious with the sausage that drained flavors into the greens and cheese. I like the seasoning in a fresh italian sausage, that hint of fennel. Mmm.I'll raise you an original american pizza, the coal fired brick oven crust of a new haven style pizza.
>>21611727BAR is so good. Mashed potato, bacon, garlic is the way to go. They use good sausage too
>>21611752BAR has a nice salad too, with pears, blue cheese and pecans. I only know them from visiting a sibling doing a fellowship in that city. I love that town for concerts and restaurants! I tried them all.
>>21611648The sausage & spinach (maybe?) looks great. But what's your hang-up with the bright red grease saucers? Half your toppings, the other half say pepperoni & mushroom would be great, too.
>>21611958pepperoni is just bad
>>21611648supreme is better
>>21612122sausage is part of supreme, dingus
>>21611648Love sausage, even when it's the not-great kind.
