I'm trying to get rich by being for the first chud to try to successfully commercialize a pine soda (in the west), but it's so hard to get tasty. I want the base to be pine needles and pine honey, but pine honey has such a week taste to it. I did a test run with pine needle tea bags, pine honey, and sprouts carbonated water and i didn't taste shit. Apparently pine honey has a weaker taste compared to other honeys. It's weird, Westerners seem to like natural fermented pine soda when you just put table sugar in the bottle with pine needles and tap water and let that shit ferment but they hate the korean brand which artificially carbonated and sweetened with cane sugar. I do not intend to ferment it though for mass production because that's more to manage but I would like it to be as authenically pine as possible hence pine honey as the sweetener, How ever I'm considering compromising by by using wildflower honey and cranberry powder the as the main sweetener. I want to just do the easy thing and contact a beverage development company but that's too high cost unless i could find guys who'd do it below $1000
>>21613056>Drinking pineAre they retarded? I've drunk pine needle tea because it's got a fucktardedly high vitamin C content and I wasn't gonna spend money of some Jew supplements and that shit is foul.Pine honey is made from bees eating aphid shit. It isn't sweet, it's bitter medicinal tier shit. If you got really sweet pine honey, you got pine honey mixed with other stuff.
>>21613066pine needle tea alone doesnt have the carbonation and sweetness that makes soda so loveable though>Pine honey is made from bees eating aphid shit. It isn't sweet, it's bitter medicinal tier shit. If you got really sweet pine honey, you got pine honey mixed with other stuff.Fair enough, How about maple syrup for sweetening? That also comes from trees. I mean it's super sugary but as long as its only 5-10 tbsp i can still call it a forest tree sourced drink
>>21613056You aren't allowed to have your nails so long and gross. You need to trim those or hide them from view. Do you really think anyone is going to ignore that disgusting atrocity????You're a fucking retard, OP.
>>21613101>>21613104those aren't my hands faggot
>>21613056the main appeal is that it's slightly fermented and you say in your own post that westerners hate the unfermented, carbonated, sweetened kindFerment it, don't be a bitch
>>21613116well the korean brand just uses cain sugar as a sweetener i was thinking of using wildflower honey and cranberry powder as a sweetener, also based on some of the reviews the korean brand seems to have weak carbonaiton and comes out more as sweetened pine juice.I mean sure I can ferment but there's a certain amount of alchohol in the drink so i couldnt give it to kids. apparently its like 1% lower than the amount that could get you a dui on the blood alchohol test.
>>21613056The demographic you’re targeting is seemingly most likely to just produce it themselves.
>>21613186only because it's so inconvient to try and acquire a canned version
Isn't turpentine a saftey issue with doug fir and various other pine here?
>>21613056>I'm trying to get richYou arent going to get rich by posting your recipe online for millions to see.
>>21613056Don't sell people fluoride water

>>21613056>unless i could find guys who'd do it below $1000you can't do shit commercially for $1000 that is literally the price of a few ibcs, some hoses, and bottlesi've never had pine needle anything but it sounds a little like kombuchafermented products have a big market rn
>>21613144they make kombucha and ginger beer using fermentation. There is a process to remove the alcohol.
>>21613447>gets offended by a wordWhy youre even here is a complete mystery
>>21613056Nobody in a first world country is drinking pine soda of any kind. Hope you get deported.
>>21613144>i was thinking of using wildflower honey and cranberry powder as a sweetenerThis is why all your hair brained scams fail. You are a retard who has no idea what they are doing. Get a real job.
>>21613056You should ferment it naturally, otherwise it's not gonna have flavour. Yes it is more to manage but if you want to succeed you need to put in work.Don't use honey, use sugar, it's magnitudes cheaper. And don't use fucking pine honey, it's not a nectar honey, it's a different substance. Wildflower would work better but again, it's way more expensive and no one is going to buy your 20$ pine soda that isn't even fermented.Normally pine soda is made by spontanous fermentation but you don't want to do that for commercial product (too variable) so just try a couple wine yeasts and find one that manages to make a good product. Also cut your fucking nails you goddamn queer.>>21613144There's usually a legal limit under which lightly fermented beverages are considered non-alcoholic. Look it up for your state or country or whatever. If you ferment it correctly you should easily fall below the limit.
>>21613056pine needles are poisonous, op.
help me get rich fags
>>21613056are you trying to make it taste sweet or dry? if you are okay with making a dry soda, then you can use glucose powder for giving yeast foods. then, you can extract flavor from other plant parts in order to give it flavor. maybe give it a woody flavor using pine wood. make sure it's not treated with chemicals
>>21613056Flavor it with yew nettles. They add an extra earthy touch to it similar to moxxie.
