Im planning a fishing trip with my guy best friend and want some tips and recs. I wanna grill it the same night. Whats a good side dish?
With white fish. Potato salad or boiled potatoes with a sour cream based sauce with dill. Lemon sauce works too.

>>21623789If you are sure you'll catch something delicious enough, you really only need "Everglades seasoning" blackened seasoning, or Old Bay. A little bag of clean and easy petite baby reds, to steam and hit with butter and garlic, and a bag of say cole slaw salad kit w/dressing (or other salad) is a decent sides solution. Don't forget a dessert!Personally, you might catch something gross like king makerel or say a type of muddy tasting catfish. So, I would also throw a bag of an appetizer type seafood, like cold shrimp, breaded coconut shrimp, clam strips, crab legs, scallops, etc. (Or add a steak to the cart to make it surf n turf). Throw a lemon or lime in the cart along with your butter. Do you require tarter sauce, cocktail sauce, or any remoulade. I like a nice fresh salsa, myself, especially with something like pineapple, mango, or peach.
