>>21627231It's called an offset turner, but people also just call them metal/burger/grill spatulas despite them not technically being spatulas. For flipping burgers, you'll probably want a wide one with a flat edge, though some people still prefer a narrow one like the one in your pic.
i've had both be excellent, but bacon elevates (grilled) chicken more. it's hard to find a good burger and i can't make them
