What are your feelings on smoked mozzarella?
I have no strong feelings about it, but I do feel that the food trend of smoking random things that didn't need to be smoked is mildly cancerous

>>21627815smoked fior di latte is provola. Mozzarella is made form buffalo's milk and fior di latte is cow's milk i prefer provola a lot compared to smoked mozzarella. I don't know how popular it is outside of italy though so i don't know if you'll find it
