The simple cheese X carb. I have been partial to the Quesadilla as of late. Some simple sharp cheddar and a couple of fluffy flour tortillas. Simple but delicious. What do you like with your quesadilla? Do you prefer another carbohydrate with your cheese? I just put some hot sauce on mine personally.

>>21628614Same, I like them simple: cheese if I’m making it and cheese plus a meat if I’m ordering it. Also fresh cooked flour tortillas like your pic are ideal

When I had a quesadilla press I'd buy the medium tortillas>1lb meat (love ground chicken)>seasonings>put tortilla on bottom of press>half the shredded cheese (colby jack)>meat>whatever veggies i have (jalapeno mostly)>other half of cheese>second tortillaof course they're just as easy to make in a skillet, but you don't have to wash a quesadilla press
