>>21630116It's just melting cheese, it's intended to make a certain texture when melted. Like Mozzarella. If you ever used cheddar on pizza it turns out all greasy. Mozerella is perfect for pizza toping because of the way it melts. It doesn't have any flavor though, that's why I buy supremo, it taste like mild to medium cheddar and it melts perfectly.
