what can I do with these, right now my favorite thing is just putting them over white rice, I also mixed them with some pasta and it was great

they taste great, they're cheap, and they require no prep. What can I actually do with these to make a real meal, and also does it make sense to buy real fish, ive never cooked a whole fish or deboned it, im a big fan of the fish taste

Get the ones in a sauce. Mustard deenz with triscuits, rittz or your favorite cracker. I like the sriracha ones added to a bowl of cheap ramen.
I cant find the best use for the ones in hot sauce yet. Good luck.

First of all you need to be getting these pic rel brisling deenz (technically sprats but who's counting). That's probably the biggest improvement.
The fish to noodle ratio is out of proportion so I usually eat half the can with lemon pepper seasoning while the water is boiling.

Then boil some angel hair for 4 minutes and put all this together in a heated pan:
3 oz organic angel hair pasta
EVOO from can
salt and pepper to taste
pecorino romano
basil
microgreens
toasted garlic
ring sliced togarashi peppers (optional)

Very simple, very nutritious, fast to make.

I also have a sardines and kimchi pasta recipe dialed in but that's not for deenz neophytes...

I'm not the biggest kimchi fan because of IBS issues while eating it

Are you a wigger zoomer or a nigger? I can't tell by the way you speak. You empty the deenz into a frying pan then take your eggs and pour/crack them on top. Some people enjoy mashing the deenz first like when making tuna salad top it with cheese then do the eggs on top

make some pasta beforehand, ideally something like spaghetti

add the deenz, oil and all, to a stainless steel pan on low

add some chili flakes and diced/mashed/whole garlic cloves -- however you feel like prepping your 'lic, do that
i just smash the shit out of them with my meat mallet and the skins come right off

anyway, let the chili flake and garlic start to toast in the fish oil for a minute or two, but don't let the garlic burn
when the garlic is starting to crisp up, add whatever portion of pasta you want, along with a generous squeeze of lemon juice, and stir that around in the pan so the noodles get mixed in with everything
