He started cutting it into roughly 5cm lengths and cooking it for family get-togethers and each segment is meant to be eaten vertically. I got shit stuck in my teeth. That never happens when I eat it horizontally… so I eat it horizontally.
As a kid I preferred it on the cob then eaten from the side held between my hands at the ends.These days I prefer it prepped which usually means cut off the cob.
