What's a good sauce for a chicken sandwich/burger besides mayo/ranch? Store bought sauces are fine too

Mayo
sriracha
mustard
ketchup
diced shallots
diced pickles
onion/garlic powder

In SE Asia they use black pepper sauce on chicken sandwiches and it's great. Also sometimes mixed with mayo.
Even McDonald's here has a black pepper sauce Chicken sandwich
Maybe you can find it at an Asian grocery

Sriracha mayo has been my go-to for years.

A common DIY meal that I had to often make as a kid was a chicken sandwich like this, but I would put ketchup and raw white onions on it. Sometimes I still do just for nostalgia's sake.

Anyways, I like a good, fruity BBQ sauce if it's a cheap one to help disguise how tasteless the chicken patty is. If I'm making it myself, I like to add some tarragon to mayo and use that. It compliments the chicken and the mayo really well and works as a palate cleanser between bites for some strange fucking reason

Honey mustard. Thousand Island to Reubenize it. A citrus glaze + some curry mix. Salt & malt vinegar. Eggs hollandaise.
