I saw some mix of ground coffee and pumpkin spice recently.Any fans?I've never tried it, because I don't celebrate Halloween (EU), but I am running out of coffee and will give it a try if they stock it again.

>>21631525you should, it's good. it's funny that people call it punkin spice or even associate it with Halloween. it's just more of an autumn harvest spice. it is very American on account of the mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove which were all very popular and ubiquitous spices in colonial America, but these are equally common spices in Europe. In any case, these spices are often known as "sweet spice" and are considered to be warming and are very common in autumn when they are all being dried and stored during the harvest ahead of winter. You should try it, it's good.
>>21631525>I don't celebrate Halloween (EU)Some countries like Germany totally do, the stores are full of Halloween shite. I don't really mind, it's a good opportunity to stock up on plastic spiders for cheap after it's over.

>>21631560>it is very American on account of the mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove whichare native to the Americas and introduced to Abraham Lincoln and Christopher Columbus by Pocahontas and Babe the Big Blue Ox.
>>21631649>>21631716I never said they were grown in America you mong, just that they were included in almost every dish as was the style at the time, and important spices used in harvest cooking and spices that were stored in winter as part of the harvest
when they mix it with the ground it usually tastes chemically its better to just use the spices yourself
