Sandwiches aside, what do you get from your local Italian delis? I got some frozen cheese ravioli, fried cheese ravioli, cheese and parsley sausage, hot sausage, sweet fennel sausage, fontina, a baguette, and some nice marinara.
>>21631788>local italian deliI don't have obe anymore since I left long island for the hinterlands of texas. Closest is a pizzeria in Marshall that carries some italian specialties like salumis and some pastries. Back in NY though I'd usually pick up some fresh pastas, imported provolone and sopressata and calabrese.

>>21631788Back in Connecticut there was a deli near me (Ragozzino's) that had these weird "stuffed breads". Some of them were kinda nasty like the chicken parm one but some were good. One of them would give me lunches for a week.
