I have about half of a head of pickled cabbage. Got it from my folks after they made cabbage rolls. What relatively easy dish could I use it in? Chop it up and fry it with sausages and smoked ham?
(pic isn't mine, but looks similar, except smaller)

Fill with ground beef/pork mixed with rice and cook for a few hours in a pot with water. Add paprika powder and a bit of tomato paste. Thicken a little with cornstarch or whatever. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Already have a shitton of cabbage rolls, don't really want more.

Sear & simmer a pound or two of pork shoulder for a few hours until it shreds up. Chop the cabbage and a bit of onion, fry it up in a skillet until lightly browned but still crispy. Add in the pork, fry for a few more mins, season it up & enjoy with white rice.

Bigos
Or just eat it as a side

Hmm, probably will go with that. I'll have to buy some fresh cabbage to mix with the pickled one, it's pretty sour.
