The first is why does my chicken get so wet? The chicken pieces will be soaking wet in the their trays well before the expiration date. Is that normal? It doesn't seem to make a difference where I buy the chicken at, they all seem to do it. Is it just the solution they pump into the pieces leaking out? My refrigerator is nice and cold. Also, is wearing gloves at home when handling chicken overkill? I don't mind handling raw beef or pork with my bare hands, but I always wear gloves when it comes to raw chicken.
It's most likely saline/soy lecithin pumped normally chicken shouldn't have purge but supermarkets is majority pumped chicken for obviously profit reasons, non pumped is pretty much 20% more cost wise which sucks but such is life you should ask for non pumped at a butcher or small meat market its a world of difference. gloves are optional just be aware of if you are going to wash your hands use your elbows to turn on the tap and don't spread potential pathogens everywhere like an idiot
nigga thats nyquil chicken you can't fool me

>>21632893If you're in the US, most chicken is brined in some salt water or broth before it reaches the store. Blot it dry with a paper towel before you start seasoning it. Gloves are overkill. Just wash your hands.
Sarsaparilla isn’t as condom as people think. People got far tooOverboard when it comes to raw chicken.
