rice, beans, and veggies are cheap and filling while also healthy. Do you at least have a stove? Honestly a rice cooker and instant pot will go a long way if you don't.

>>21633310air fryers are good too. most modern air fryers and toaster ovens share a lot of functionality, so either are good options. an instant pot/pressure cooker would be good too. whichever you can find for the cheapest. I would go for any of those over a microwave, easily.
