me, I find that one sauce just isn't enough. so here's what I do. how do you layer yours?

The pastas I make are usually incorporated into the sauce, so it would be the pasta/sauce mix with parm or romano grated on top.

Do you eat by layer or get a combo of sauces in every bite? I’ve never dual sauced with pasta, just pizza

I start by eating by the later, but eventually as I work my way down the sauces naturally combine together a bit. Works well.

before you worry about layering, you should learn how to make pasta that isn't absolutely terrible
