I have a bunch of bananas left over, what should I make with them that's not banana bread or some banana bread derivative like muffins. I always make banana bread when I have too many spare bananas

Make what we call cucur kodok (frog fritters) because they look like ugly frogs:

Eat while piping hot on a rainy day with black coffee.

Freeze the bananas then eat them frozen. It unironically makes them taste twice as good.

That happens to me too but only with raw bananas. Cooked bananas are perfectly fine and even taste better to me. I think it could be from bananas having a bit more starch than other fruits which is hard to digest raw. But I also have similar issues with raw apples and blueberries, but again cooked is fine.

Do you have similar issues with avocados? If so you might be sensitive to latex
