favorite ways to cook broccoli? looking for tempura basics but any method works, mostly just curious what folks go-to is

Cheese grated broccoli is one.Boil in salted water or steam while keeping it firm. Add some butter, let it melt on the hot broccoli, add pepper, salt whatever. Then grated cheese and put it in the oven for another 15-20. Goes well with steak, pork chop, pork loin medallions etc.
