How to doctor your $1.00 thing of shrimp ramen
1. Add 4 frozen shrimp
2. Add 4 pork & veggie pot stickers
3. Add a handful of frozen veggies
4. Simmer for 20 minutes
5. (dip the pot stickers in soy sauce on the side if you want, add any remaining soy sauce into the ramen)

I'll make mine precooked shrimp, that'll add some crunch, but the dumplings are more of and appetizer sized side for me, plus when I stir they'll just rip open for me. I'm thinking fish sauce is needed as well as soy. Finally, ramen with no egg!

I don't quite follow why people give recipes like this. Is it somehow cheaper than buying some noodles and some chicken/beef stock? Like why add ingredients to prepackaged slop when you can take a minute longer and make something that doesn't scream broke college kid?
