I miss the old dairy queens that werent soulless slop conveyor belts. Not that it was ever the best ice cream but having a single establishment that encouraged people to sit down and be a part of their surroundings was nice. Food is more enjoyable consumed that way

Just watched a video where a blizzard was north of 1200cals. What the actual heck man?

Its ice cream mixed with candy. 1200 calories shouldn't matter if you are eating it as a treat instead of incorporating it into your diet regularly

Hahahahaha, you put too much faith in the average American. Don't forget about the daily 900 calorie starbucks drink and $7 cake pop for breakfast, mcdonalds doordash slop for lunch, and entire pizza for dinner.

They aren't even ice cream. They're legally not allowed to call it that because there isn't enough fat. The only reason why they can flip upside down and remain stable is because of the emulsifiers they put in, and because it's like 40% or 50% air. The whole flipping thing is somewhat meaningless

But it flip

I didn't even know they're supposed to flip the thing until some obviously new hire flipped one of the blizzards I ordered.
Then he got to mine, it was kinda mushy and he didn't have the balls to flip it.

So you just like to hear yourself talk but you don't even listen to what you say, huh?
>>
>>21640418
What are you talking about? What do YOU think the meaning and purpose of them flipping it is for?
>>
>>21640438
to demonstrate the consistency of it. not melted, just fresh thick soft serve every time
>>

>to demonstrate the consistency of it. not melted, just fresh thick soft serve every time
Based on >>21640360 (You), is the meaning and purpose of them flipping that I wrote - which was only 4 sentences - the same as what you wrote just now? Where does it show that?

And from
>>21640418
>but you don't even listen to what you say
where does it show that I contradict myself? Only 4 sentences (the first two can easily be merged together with an "and", so more like 3 sentences), so do explain.

they used to flip their ice cream cones to show them off all the time when I was chile. I really couldn't believe the ice cream would stay in the cones like that, but it always did
>>
>>21640334
is their ice cream still good? I havent gone in at least a decade, maybe more
>>
>>21640602
yeah, they’d go out of business if they ruined blizzards
>>
>>21640334
I'm 33, lived in the Midwest my entire life, and I've never been to a Dairy Queen in my life. It seems like something only fat retards would do.
>>
>>21640696
you are so very superior, sophisticated and healthy. you must be the subject of endless envy and admiration.

daily queen has not changed, op.

>establishment that encouraged people to sit down and be a part of their surroundings was nice. Food is more enjoyable consumed that way
food is enjoyable is it's good.
the only thing that matters about the surroundings is the smell.

If it had enough fat or more then you'd be bitching about how much is in there. Yes you would, don't reply that you wouldn't you cunt.
>>
>>21640836
You're very dumb, aren't you?
>>
>>21640334
what fantasy world do you come from? dairy queen has had mostly the same food for over 50 years.
>>
>>21640696
This seems a bit grim, especially since you took the time to read a thread about Blizzards. Try one, they're a decent treat. Disclaimer: I'm not fat but have done a lot of retarded things.
>>
>>21640836
Ok but none of that has anything to do with the legal definition of ice cream.
