A glob is first blowed into a starter mould, and then blowed into the final mouldThe issue is, the geometry of this bottle sucks. The opening of the bottle is not the tallest part of it. As far as i know, it makes it a lot more difficult because you wouldn't get a perfect part unless the glob is within a very narrow margin (too light, the bottom is thin, too heavy and the top wouldn't look uniform). Plus glass manufacturers can't do heated moulds, vents, sprue etc. A lot more constraintsIf this was plastic we would need a heated mould, and a few extra vent holes but it's still doable, not too hard. But not before we would convince the designer to drop the idea though
