Post sandwich recipes and sandwiches you made.Il start with this incomplete Reuben i made it has butter, pastrami, aged havarti cheese and sauerkraut.Used some sourdough bread with seeds.Should have melted the cheese and maybe toast the bread but i was lazy.
>>21644656sliced pickled or hardboiled eggsliced pickled beetshoreseradishon toast
>>21644661I actually never once had pickled eggs in my entire life. Am i missing out? It honestly seems disgusting.
>>21644656>Should have melted the cheese and maybe toast the bread but i was lazy.well, yeah, but it still looks delishes and quality ingredients. nice sambo anondare I post a grindah>hot sopressa>genwah salami>mortadella (usually olive mortadella)>halm>lettuce, tom, onyo>diced pickle>hot relish>olivölle and vinegar>wrap it and let it mellow for an hour or overnight>chef's kiss
>>21644675Sounds incredible. That bread looks amazing too, the crust is just how i like it.
>>21644666>Am i missing out?Yes.
There was a sauce that I used to put on pastrami and swiss sandwiches that I had gotten one time from a farmers market like twenty years ago. I couldn't remember the name for all these years but managed to recently track it down with chatgpt. Looking forward to getting a bottle and recreating it
>>21644692Looks cool. Hot sauces were better a few years ago. Now its this stupid competotion among manufacturers to just make the hottest sauce possible, taste doesnt even matter anymore, just make it as unbearably spicy as you can. They just taste like nothing, they taste like spiciness, a synthetic kind of spiciness.
The Kumru sandwich.Sujuk sausage, cheese and tomatoes in a sesame bread.
Thick bacon lettus and tomato on toasted bread and some mayo.

>>21646578Yeah it's a tough sell I know, I pat off the excess vinegar and throw some lime juice and red onion on top to mellow it out a bit, but even so
>>21646581Well it's at least nutritious either way
>>21644692Excellent choice.>>21644697>Hot sauces were better a few years ago. Now its this stupid competotion among manufacturers to just make the hottest sauce possibleThat's because the sauce he posted is not a Reddit meme sauce for doing gay "challenges", it's a normal everyday table sauce like Tabasco or Cholula. This Lottie's sauce in particular is mustard based, that's the dominant flavor, and while it is "hot", it's not enough to overwhelm a dish. It's unironically a favorite for my frozen chicken tendies. Lottie's also has a red sauce which, as I recall, has a wonderful "fruity" note.

Pastrami Sandwich (Mock Puerto Rican Latinx Version)•Chop Onions and Pastrami(Green Peppers optional)•Cut a third on a long French bread loaf or grab a sub roll, make your typical sandwich sub cut (to open it) and add provolone into it.•Toast Bread on the outside with a pan(Up to Preference)and set it aside.•Add Onions first, cook them until Translucent and then Add the Pastrami, until heated through.•With the Toasted Bread, Add Ketchup, Mayonnaise first, Pour the Pan Contents into the bread and then add Garlic oil and Italian seasoning.•Wrap that up for easy Consumption, cut it in Half for Presentation and Pastrami Sandwich!!! :DDefinitely Not authentic, but Tasty Non the less.
