Vegtable protein rarely has a complete amino acid profile, off the top of my head only quinoa and buckwheat have meat equivalent out the box. Quinoa is expensive and it's debatable if we just shit out most of it out without absorbing anything. Buckwheat isn't popular in the West so you might have to go to a specialty store. Japanese style noodles are sometimes made with buckwheat, and the Slavs eat roasted buckwheat call kasha (which can be processed into flakes for a protein heavy alternative to oatmeal).
