>>
Yeah you need to significantly up your saturated fat and cholesterol intake and eat a lot of eggs and red meat and drink raw milk also you'll probably need TRT and NEVER touch plants because they are poison Watch paul saladino and buy his supplements

the guy in that diagram must have really terrible genetics to get all of those diseases at the same time with such a low body fat percentage compared to the average walmart golem on a scooter.
his knees still protrude from his legs instead of being sunken behind his thighs and calves.
there is little michellin manification in this guy in general. i bet he's not even 200lbs.

A burger once in a while is ok, but you can't eat that all the time without being active.
>>
>>21656280
Avoid any meat that isn't chicken or turkey, eat lots of fibers (legumes, whole wheat, vegetables, fruit that aren't grapes or bananas), eat fatty fish (mackerel, salmon, herring)
If you need a burger, make one yourself so you know what's in it

no food that is not outright poison is going to kill you immediately. even "terrible" food won't unless you eat it constantly. so stop being a pussy.

No amount of exercise will help if your diet is crap.

Dude, I was 50+ and got established with a cardiologist. Got heart cath, carotid ultrasound, ekg, echo, and full workup including a stick on 10 day heart monitoring recording me 24/7. I have zero plaque in my arteries, no arrthymias and low bP. Nothing wrong except high triglycerides.

Diet and exercise is part of a bigger picture, part of which is your genetic makeup and family history/propensity to get diabetes and other crap. Knowledge of what is best for each age group has me on Atorvastatin just because I was told to do it. Pfft. Everyone in my family into their 90s took it before me too. Who cares? Just do what has the most studies for longevity.
In the meantime, enjoy your life when your numbers are good, and to me that means eating what you want at least some of the time. I gained 10lbs on summer vacation time, and don't care that my cardiologist managed to go to Italy for 30 days without weight gain. This just means he has no idea how to travel and dine well. Amateur!

Go vegan. After a year the fake meats weird after taste goes away. Everything you see about them being just as bad as meat is from big cow.

39 here.

Basically I weened myself off of junkfood and leaned more towards fish and chicken(not fried).

Also look into getting a wheat grass supplement. Quick way to get a serving of veggies.

Don't be afraid of using an unhealthy dip if it means you're motivated to eat carrots and celery.

Learn a bunch of easy recipes so you can start cooking for yourself.

The main goal is for you not to demotivate yourself from eating healthy. So baby steps and gradual lifestyle changes.

Japanese people aren't significantly older than people in any other industrialised nation. During WW2 a lot of documentation was destroyed and some people just added a few years to their age afterwards. Understandable in a society with a long culture of respecting old people.
Then you also have cases in poorer regions where three generations are living together in one home, and grandpa's retirement pay makes up a significant portion of your total income, so when the morning comes when he just doesn't wake up again you decide to just not say something and let that money keep coming. It's not like someone's going around and checking if old people are alive on the regular.
That's how you end up with vast reported numbers of people over 100 years old.
