A place in my city sells a Gyro pizza called the Spartacus and it is one of the best pizzas I have ever had.I usually hate gimmick pizza, but damn it's good. Shirly you jest. I'll have you know that the best cheese pie i ever had came from Staten Island in the seventies, Formaggio al Forno! Even the crust was good. i remember they had little ranch cups to dip it in before that was a big thing. The Hotz bros. closed it down years ago, but it was never as good as when their mama used to run the joint.
