Propose your own original burger concept and let anons rate it on whether they'd eat it or not.

I'll begin: The Ploughman. Grass-fed beef served with a pickle and onion chutney and Red Leicester, served on a traditional English bun.
>>
>>21662351

that's great i'll take 1,000
>>
"Grass-fed beef" is not an ingredient, beef is, you don't define ingredients based on quality or where they originated or what they were fed you veg eating fruitcake "muh fresh human poo fertilized lettuce" faggot.
>>
>>21662351
>the Highlander
A sausage patty topped with an egg and black pudding. Basically a Scottish breakfast in a brioche bun.
>>
>>21662365
You've already filled the thread with gheyyy. Your sort of brand of faggotry is worthless.
>>
>>21662365
Calm down autist, the "grass" merely added to the theme, as ploughmen ploughed fields, which grow grass.
>>
>>21662375
I'll plough your asshole you queer vegtard.

Ground lamb patty. Roasted red peppers, pepperoncini peppers. Red onions and cucumber with some crumbled feta. With maybe tzatziki or a red wine vinaigrette.
>>
>>21662383
That's an amazing trick. I take it this was served at the magician bar?
>>
>>21662383
Excuse me, you forgot to specify what type of dirt the peppers were grown in, what the lamb ate, and how long the feta was in the fridge. Not a real recipe.
>>
>>21662383
Ambitious but I'd probably give it a miss. Something about feta and cucumber being in a burger upsets my senses.

That's not Scottish at all, you could have said haggis instead.

Best burger I ever had:
>Greedients:
>Fat trimming from dry-aged ribeye steak
>3:1 Lean ground beef to lamb
>1 clove garlic
>Salt & pepper
Add trimmings to cast-iron skillet heated to med. high and cook until fat has rendered from the dried bits.
Combine ground beef and lamb, form into patties. Season with salt + pepper
Remove dried bits from the rendered fat in the skillet and add peeled garlic clove and meat patties.
Cook to desired temperature, flipping midway to ensure overall doneness and brownness.
Serve as a hamburger. I suggest as simple as possible, for example no bacon, no grilled onion or egg as this would distract from the natural flavor of the meat, infused with the flavors from the dry-aged trimmings.
Your preferred type of cheese is, of course, okay.

French-bread burger.

No idea if this is an original burger idea or not but last night I made myself a double smash burger and topped each with mozzarella and freshly crumbled gorganzola. I toasted two buns, spread them with mayo and fig jam, then laid the patties onto a bed of arugula and topped the whole thing with a handful of crispy fried onions. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had. I think a thicker patty cooked a bit pink with fresh ground chuck would have taken it to another planet entirely.

>topped each with mozzarella and freshly crumbled gorganzola
Okay bu what type of food did the cows eat that each of those cheeses originated from??

The Reacharound. A cheese brat lovingly nestled between 2 Sysco slop patties, with ketchup and mayonnaise for all.

I once made a burger using a bagel as the bread but I put the hole in the middle of the burger itself so there wasn't beef in the hole of the bagel.
>>
>>21662351
I used to celebrate the end of my exams in high school by making all sorts of greasy food. One time I made burgers from quite fatty pork mince, with bacon and eggs, cheddar cheese and mayonaise. I made 4, managed to eat 2 the had to lie down for a few hours because of indigestion.

This man is fucking chutney-chugging Indian. How can't anybody see it? Why fucking Indians are pretending to be something else?
>>
>>21662351
>The Slob Bomb
it's not that it has specific toppings, instead the focus in on deliberately layering flat and slippery toppings (eg. slices of onion) between layers of sauce and other slippery toppings to make the burger fall apart while biting into it
the burger should stand on its own and not "ooze" anything before being bitten into it
must be eaten by holding, no cutlery allowed

The grandma burger. Ground beef patty, grilled in pan, cheddar cheese melted on at the end, served on two slices of bakery fresh white bread with ketchup to dip.

Whatever my grandma made burgers we ate them on white bread and its pretty comfy.

You can see the knife holding it up. The plate has a slit in it and the knife stabs through it into the wood. I saw this trick in Vegas a few years back.

made myself some nice chili cheese burgers.
I made the chili cheese sauce from cheddar flavored kraft singles that I melted in roux with milk. I added chopped jalapenos and chili flakes.
the burger itself was composed from (top to bottom):
bun
chili cheese sauce
red onion
bacon
patty
iceberg lettuce
chili cheese sauce
bun

I just love iceberg lettuce for it's great crunch

>>21664255
oh, I forgot to mention, that I also add some green tabasco to the sauce

Lamb meat is fattier than beef and even if it wasn't you can make a ground meat patty as fatty as you like.
>>
i know it's not exactly original but i've never seen a reuben burger at a restaurant before. i really want to try to make one. i was thinking something like this:
>sauerkraut
>smash burger patty, maybe 2 to 3 oz. maybe even a mixture of ground beef and pork for the patty
>few slices of corned beef
>swiss cheese
>russian or thousand island dressing
>toasted brioche bun
